MCM Caribbean Realty was established in 2001.  At that time, the principal focus was providing facilitation and enabling services to Barbadian nationals, residents and other non-resident persons in transactions involving land and houses, whether for purchase, construction, rental, or sale. 

Since then, we have expanded our scope to encompass financial and business advice, intermediary services, project planning and co-ordination, and property management services.

MCM benefits from having in-house resource persons with diverse and combined management experience and expertise in real estate (35 years) and, financial management and planning (25 years).

Associates, who support our team on an ‘as-needed’ basis, possess extensive experience and technical expertise in quantity surveying, civil/structural engineering, building design and drafting, construction management, and property law.
