MCM (Caribbean) Realty was established in 2001.  The principal focus then was the provision of facilitation and enabling services to  Barbados nationals and residents and other non-resident persons, in the purchase, construction, rental or sale of land and houses.  Since then, we have expanded our scope to include financial and business advice, and intermediary services, project planning and co-ordination, and property management.

The company has the benefit of having in-house resource persons with varied combined management experience and expertise in real estate (35 years) and financial management/planning (25 years).

Associates of the company, who work with us on an "as needed" basis, possess similarly extensive experience and expertise in

quantity surveying, civil/structural engineering, building design and draughting, construction management and property law.

MCM, therefore has the capacity and capability to competently handle a wide range of client needs and requirements and, looks forward to being of service to you.
